What we stand for
No compromise. We brew using only water, whole hops, locally malted barley and yeast.
No chemicals, no preservatives. No sugar, no rice or maize as cheap alternatives to sugar. No high gravity brewing*, no pasteurisation.
Our lagers are ‘lagered’ (stored and conditioned) for at least four weeks for optimum flavour, then triple cold-filtered for perfect clarity.
*High gravity brewing is a process used by many mainstream brands to brew to a high strength and then dilute the beer. This of course dilutes the flavour too, contributing to lager's poor reputation with regards to flavour.
